"It is not just about information but impartation"
At Church Without Limits we take Jesus command to 'make disciples' very seriously (Matthew 28:19) - we attempt to do this in a number of ways but one of the most important ways is through the School of Leaders (SOL). SOL is an intensive leadership/discipleship/urban missions school that is open to any church member who has gone through an Encounter Weekend and completed the Post-Encounter Class. It has 3 levels: SOL 1, SOL 2, SOL 3 and runs on Sunday afternoons after service. It involves in-class instruction by anointed teachers, reading, scripture memorization and homework. Each level is broken down into a 'doctrine' class, and a 'seminar' class. Each level runs for ten weeks and has an exam at the end.
You are going to learn a lot in the SOL but the heart of it is not just for you to get 'head information' but a 'spiritual impartation' that empowers you to be a missionary to the Greater Toronto Area: to win souls, make disciples and be an effective servant-leader.
